HOODBOX®
HOODBOX® is an integrated hood and head-box system for conveyor transfer points, designed to promote reliable material flow while dramatically reducing dust generation and material degradation.
Traditional transfer points suffer from dust emissions, spillage, and material hang-up that require constant maintenance and create safety and environmental hazards. HOODBOX® addresses these problems through an integrated enclosure geometry that controls airflow, directs material centrally onto the receiving belt, and simplifies clean-up access.

SQUAT TRIPPER™
The SQUAT TRIPPER™ is a unique application of the HOODBOX® concept to conveyor trippers — specifically engineered to address the challenging combination of high belt speed and low available headroom that makes conventional dust control systems impractical.
Trippers on high-speed conveyors generate significant dust and material scatter, particularly at the head discharge. The SQUAT TRIPPER™ integrates the HOODBOX® geometry into a compact tripper design that fits within tight headroom constraints while delivering the same dust and degradation benefits as a standard HOODBOX® installation.
